  • 🕰️ Flexible start date

    💰 Extremely competitive (DOE)

🤹🏽 Rota: week on / week off (can also be Mon-Fri live in for the right candidate)

This loving family is looking for a live-in rota nanny for their 2 children, baby girl (born May 2023), and 3 month old boy.  This is a shared-care role, where both parents are present and involved with the children. The family would like a nanny who has experience in shared-care roles and in caring for babies of a similar age as well as someone who has an interest in routine (particularly around sleep), child development and milestones.

The nanny should be caring, reliable, honest, energetic, highly organised.  The family would like this to be a long-term appointment and are looking for candidates ideally with rota experience, but also with longevity in previous roles.

In order for their baby to both socialise and be stimulated with age and stage appropriate activities, the parents are keen for their baby to go to classes / activities as well as to the park etc. They would also want the nanny to provide a programme of developmental activities at home.  Communication with both parents and the other nanny are paramount.

The nanny will work opposite another rota nanny who is already in post. The rota is 24 hours per day, 7 days on 7 days off. The nanny will share a room and private bathroom with the eldest child for the first 3-6 months.   There is some travel in the role where the family will be accompanied by one of the nannies.  Destinations include USA and Europe.

The family employs many staff, including a chef, housekeeper and drivers - the nanny will have responsibility for normal nursery duties including cooking freshly prepared nutritious food for both children.

A car driver is not essential but a plus. There are no pets.

  • 📍 Location: Istanbul (Ulus Etiler)

    ⏰ Start Date: ASAP

💰 Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 net per year (dependent on experience)

🏠 Accommodation: Fully furnished private apartment provided within a gated community

📅 Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8am - 8pm (with lunch and dinner breaks in the nanny’s apartment)

    🚗 No driving required

🐶 No pets in the household

    About the Role:

A warm and welcoming family is looking for an experienced, energetic, and caring live-in nanny to support their two children - a little girl (4) and a 4-month-old baby. The role is primarily shared care with the mother, particularly while the eldest is at school (9am - 2pm). The nanny will take sole charge when accompanying the little girl to activities, playdates, and outings, and when caring for the baby while the parents spend 1:1 time with their eldest.

The family is looking for a long-term nanny (minimum 2-year commitment) who is worldly wise, well-educated, and experienced with babies and young children. They want a positive role model for their children - someone with a strong background in early childhood development and a nurturing approach.

The household is fully staffed, so no cooking, cleaning, laundry, or driving is required beyond caring for the nanny’s own needs. However, the nanny will be responsible for researching and planning activities, organising playdates, and preparing for travel.

    About the Family:

The little girl is happy, positive, and sociable, with a love for role play, storytelling, and interactive games. The nanny will work closely with the parents to support her transition to being a big sister. The family travels a couple of times a year and requires the nanny to join them for at least one trip (usually to the UK).

    Requirements:

✔️ Experience with newborns and early childhood development

✔️ Strong longevity in previous roles

✔️ British or European passport (visa sponsorship provided)

✔️ A positive, proactive, and culturally aware approach

✔️ Ability to commit for at least two years

This is an incredible opportunity to join a loving, hands-on family in a fantastic location.
