All our fees are competitive within the wider market.
Our fees take into account the level of personalised attention that we provide to each and every client. We understand that every client is unique, and we take the time to get to know our clients on a personal level. This allows us to tailor our services to meet your specific needs and ensure that you are completely satisfied with the results.
For permanent roles, we charge a % of the annual gross salary of the candidate
For part-time roles, we will work with the family to agree the best fee based on the length of the engagement
For travel, holiday or specialist nanny placements, we work on a case by case basis
For further information on rates, please request a rate card.

We are focussed on making sure the matches we make are high quality and that due diligence is done before any contract is signed. In the unlikely event that things don’t work out, we offer a free replacement candidate for you up to 12 weeks into the engagement.
We also offer a virtual HR service for you so that if you’re having any issues in the early days, we can act as an intermediary for you and help solve any teething problems from the outset.

As a bear minimum we conduct the following checks on all our candidates:

We largely work on referrals from our network. We do advertise online also as well as on a number of forums but the majority of our nannies come through recommendations.

All salaries are based on experience and also to ensure nannies have access to the living wage. Arthur's House is here to help though. If you're panicking about the total cost of employing a nanny, our team will help to negotiate something that works for all parties. There is normally a way to compromise. The more experienced the nanny, the more you will need to pay. Especially if they have specific skills such as SEN or Sleep Training qualifications.
At the moment, we work with nannies charging anything from £13 p/h - £30p/h net.
For more information about what a nanny may cost your household, feel free to contact us for a no obligation chat.
